As custodians of Whitstable Town Football Club, our mission is to establish an outstanding, thriving, and sustainable football club that caters to the needs of our supporters and the local community, both on and off the field. We strongly believe that football should be accessible to all, regardless of age, gender, or ability, and we are committed to providing an inclusive environment where everyone can play and enjoy themselves.

We strive for excellence on and off the pitch through top-notch coaching, volunteering, and community outreach initiatives. Our primary objective is to ensure that everyone associated with Whitstable Town Football Club takes pride in their membership by providing exceptional facilities and coaching.

We aim to foster our players’ development and encourage them to stay with us by creating a club with excellent facilities, outstanding coaching, and a fun and sociable atmosphere. We firmly believe that competitive football teaches valuable life skills such as teamwork, fair play, and commitment, and we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for our players to flourish.

With our unwavering commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, perseverance, and passion, we strive to serve as role models for the community and inspire a love of football that transcends the boundaries of the field.

We believe that we have established a sustainable business model, ensuring Whitstable Town Football Club has a strong future as a genuine community-based club. There is still much to do, including the redevelopment of the changing rooms and clubhouse, as well as improvements to spectator facilities and car parking.
