Whitstable Town Football Club were pleased to recognise two important player milestones on Saturday, as Mikey Dalton and Will Thomas were presented with appearance awards by Chairman Steve Clayton.

The two players have recently passed significant milestones for the club and this was the opportunity to present them both with their commemorative awards in front of supporters at a home game. Mikey Dalton has now reached 101 appearances for the club, while Will Thomas brought up an impressive 200 appearances in Whitstable colours this month, reflecting years of commitment and consistent contribution on the pitch. Will played game number 202 this weekend.

The presentations took place on the pitch at half-time.
Speaking after the presentation, Chairman Steve Clayton said:

“Reaching these appearance milestones says a lot about the commitment both players have shown to the club. Mikey and Will have been reliable, professional, and fully invested in representing Whitstable Town, and it was right that we recognised those achievements.”

The players were equally appreciative of the recognition.

Mikey Dalton said:
“I’m really proud to reach 100 appearances for the club. Whitstable has been a big part of my football journey and I’m grateful for the support from the staff, teammates, and supporters.”

Will Thomas added:
“To reach 200 appearances here means a lot to me. This club has given me some great memories and it’s always an honour to pull on the shirt.”
