Club President Joe Brownett and his wife Josie returned to Whitstable Town Football Club earlier today. Long serving former club chairman Joe, who did so much for the club over many years, was finally able to get his hands on the FA Vase and meet up with a number of friends and colleagues that were a big part of his journey at the club. Josie was always there to support Joe and looked after the match day hospitality, usually together with Connie Smith. To recognise their great contribution, we felt it was fitting to rename the building where they spent so much of their time, so it will now become “The Brownett Hospitality Suite”.
