Whitstable Town Football Club are delighted to confirm that Jack Nelson has signed a contract with the Oysters, committing his future to the club.
Jack has impressed this season with a series of outstanding goals for Rochester, showcasing his sharp finishing, intelligence in the final third, and ability to change games. Since arriving at Whitstable, he has made an immediate impact — scoring on his home debut and quickly becoming a favourite among supporters.
Manager Jamie Coyle said:
“Jack is a player we’ve been watching. His goals at Rochester this season really highlighted what he’s capable of, and he’s already shown the same quality here by scoring in his opening home game for the Oysters. He brings energy, pace, and real threat in and around the box. We’re delighted to have him signed on contract, and I’m sure he’ll play a big role for us in the second half of the season.”
Chairman Steve Clayton added:
“Jack has settled into the club brilliantly, and his early performances speak for themselves. The goal on his home debut was a glimpse of what he can bring to this squad. His attitude, hunger, and commitment made it an easy decision to offer him a contract. We’re very pleased he sees his future at Whitstable Town, and we believe he will be a fantastic addition as we continue to strengthen the group.”
Welcome to the Oysters, Jack!
