Aaron Lorenston Departs Whitstable Town FC to Join Sittingbourne FC as First Team Head Coach
Whitstable Town Football Club can confirm that Aaron Lorenston will be leaving the club to take up an exciting new role as First Team Head Coach at Sittingbourne Football Club.
Aaron has been a dedicated and integral part of the Whitstable setup, working tirelessly to shape and develop our U23s squad over recent seasons. His professionalism, passion, and footballing insight have made a lasting impact at the club, and he leaves with our sincere thanks and best wishes.
While we are naturally disappointed to see Aaron go, we are also incredibly proud. At Whitstable Town, our ethos has always been centred on providing clear pathways—not only for players but also for coaches and staff. Aaron’s progression into senior football management is a testament to the hard work he has put in and the values we strive to promote within our club.
We’re confident he will thrive in his new role and continue to make a positive impact on the game.
Looking ahead, our U23s remain in excellent hands. Mason East will step up as Manager, supported by Peter Georganos and Neil Barker—familiar and respected figures who have all been key parts of the coaching team over the past season. We’re excited about the future and the continued development of our U23s under their leadership.
We wish Aaron every success at Sittingbourne and thank him for his contributions to Whitstable Town FC.
