Josh made his Whitstable debut in September 2023 after progressing through the Whitstable Town academy setup and continues to develop as part of the club’s first-team environment.

A talented young goalkeeper with a strong attitude and willingness to learn, Robson has impressed coaches with his work ethic and commitment since joining the academy in 2023.

Comfortable with the ball at his feet and eager to improve, he is viewed as an excellent long-term prospect for the football club.

Manager Lee Martin said:
“Josh is a young goalkeeper with a really good attitude and someone the club thinks highly of.

“He’s still developing, but there’s definitely ability there and it’s important for us to continue giving young players the opportunity to learn and improve within the first-team environment.

“We’re pleased he’ll be staying with us this season.”
