
Whitstable Town Football Club is looking for a new Youth Registration Secretary to support the continued growth of our youth section.
This is a volunteer role and would suit someone who is organised, reliable, confident with admin, and keen to play an important part in supporting grassroots football at the club.
The role will involve assisting with player registrations, keeping records up to date, supporting team managers with registration queries, and liaising with the relevant leagues and club officials to ensure everything is completed correctly and on time.
As our youth section continues to grow, this role is key to ensuring our players, coaches, and teams are properly supported throughout the season.
You do not need prior football administration experience, as guidance and support will be provided. What matters most is good communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to help the club and its young players.
