Prolific forward joins the Oystermen, bringing international experience and attacking prowess.

Whitstable Town FC is delighted to announce the signing of forward Javaun Splatt from Hythe Town ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Splatt brings a wealth of experience to the Oystermen, having previously played for clubs including Derby County, Tonbridge Angels, Whitehawk, Ramsgate, Sittingbourne, Sheppey United, Clitheroe, and Leatherhead . Notably, he scored 19 goals in all competitions during the 2021/22 season for Whitehawk.

In the 2024/25 season, Splatt contributed four goals for Clitheroe , before returning to Kent to aid Hythe Town's campaign.

Splatt is set to link up with his national team for upcoming World Cup qualifiers, adding international experience to his impressive resume.

Manager Jamie has expressed his enthusiasm about the new signing:
"Jav is someone we have tried to sign a few times at various clubs and with his profile as a player will add further goals and assists to the team. He is someone we have high hopes for in terms of output but also someone the fans will like and young players look up to. He's still of an age where he has aspirations of winning things and playing higher up with us."

The club is excited to welcome Javaun Splatt to The Belmont and looks forward to his contributions in the upcoming season.
