Whitstable kick off their pre-season campaign, ahead of their Isthmian League return, with a home fixture against Maidstone United. The visitors are members of the National League South and will provide a stiff test for the new look Oystermen. Recently appointed manager Lee Martin has rebuilt the squad following the abrupt departure of many of last season's team and it remains a work in progress, although this is an early opportunity for supporters to see some of the exciting new signings together with a few familiar faces. With several players unavailable for this game, there will also be a chance for some of the Under 23s and trialists to impress.
IMPORTANT SUPPORTER INFORMATION | PRE-SEASON FRIENDLY
As the club continues to invest in and improve our infrastructure to enhance the matchday experience for all supporters, we'd like to make fans aware of the following information ahead of our upcoming pre-season friendly.
Ground Access
Due to ongoing building works, the Belmont Road entrance will remain closed.
All supporters should enter the ground via the Car Park turnstiles only.
Admission to the game is £6, but free for Under 16s (a responsible adult must accompany U14s).
To help reduce queues and ensure the quickest possible entry, we strongly encourage supporters to purchase their tickets in advance and use our automatic turnstiles by presenting their digital ticket on arrival.
Buying online before matchday will help speed up entry for everyone and allow you to make full use of our automated access system.
