On a lovely sunny evening yesterday, six players took the plunge in the club's first recreational football session for women, supported by coach Sarah ( one player took the photo!)

Some were complete beginners, some were fitter than others but everyone had great fun.
We're all in it together on a journey to learn to play / return to football and develop our fitness in a sociable and positive environment.

Free sessions will run over the summer on Mondays, 7.30 - 8.30 pm at Radfall Recreation Ground, Chestfield Rd, CT5 3NG. Just turn up, shin pads essential. Bring a drink and a friend or two. Open to all abilities and fitness levels, no experience needed. We just want more women to enjoy football and can support beginners and returners alike.
