Whitstable Town v Anchourian Halo

On a warm September morning, Whitstable Town U9 Girls lined up to face Anchourian Halo at home.
Anchourians made a strong start and took an early lead, but the Whitstable team showed determination and grit to bounce back before half time.
In a strong second half the girls demonstrated the technical skills and abilities they've been working hard on in training to frustrate the Anchourian side.
Coach Hannah Wrench commented 'What an excellent comeback. The girls should all be very proud of their hard work and determination and are showing they are certainly a force to be reckoned with.'
