Whitstable Town continue their pre-season schedule with a trip to Sheppey United on Saturday afternoon, following a positive start in midweek.

The Oystermen opened their preparations for the new season with a 3-1 win away at Sheppey Sports on Wednesday evening. Goals from three different scorers and a solid team performance gave The Oysters a good platform to build on as they head into this second fixture.

Manager Jamie Coyle will once again look to give minutes to a mix of established players and new faces as the squad continues to gel ahead of the competitive season. With fitness levels improving and tactical instructions being tested, this will be another useful run-out against a strong Sheppey United side.

The game will take place at Holm Park, Queenborough Road, Sheerness, ME12 3DB.
