There was a super attendance of 1,121 at the Primcura Healthcare Stadium as Whitstable won the seventh match of their now record breaking Isuzu FA Vase campaign to secure a place in the quarter finals on March 1st. After a goalless first half, great strikes by Jayden Boulton and Mikey Dalton put Whitstable in command, but a headed goal by Ross Stepney kept Fleet Town in the game until the final whistle.
Thank you to everyone that came to support the team and also to all of our staff and volunteers who did an amazing job around the ground.
Finally, some words about Fleet Town, our visitors from Hampshire, who gave everything until the very end of an entertaining game and made the last few minutes extremely stressful for the home supporters! Best wishes for the rest of the season.
A full match report and photos will follow later.
