Defeat at Ashford

Our old nemesis returns...
Full of confidence, I took my squad over to Ham Street to play Ashford Internazionale, but within 10 minutes we found ourselves 3-0 down after a slow start and then conceding another on the stroke of half time for a 4-0 deficit. A slow start indeed, but we rallied in the second half and two goals from John pulled the game back to 4-2, giving the home team something to worry about. There is a lot to be positive about, but we once again need to start playing from the first whistle.
Our next game is away at Woodnesborough on Friday for the last game of the season.
